What's included
The Olare Motorogi Conservancy covers 85 square kilometers of pristine wilderness in southwest Kenya and is part of the larger Maasai Mara-Serengeti ecosystem. Located just northwest of the main Maasai Mara Reserve, this conservancy is designed to offer an intimate wildlife experience with a maximum capacity of 94 beds, ensuring minimal environmental impact.
The open hills here provide an ideal habitat for various grazers like giraffes, zebras, hartebeests, and warthogs. These herbivores, in turn, attract a variety of predators, including lions, cheetahs, hyenas, and jackals. Small seasonal streams wind through the hills, bordered by forests that support an even wider array of wildlife, including baboons, elephants, buffaloes, hippos, and leopards. This diverse landscape makes Olare Motorogi a unique destination for wildlife enthusiasts.
